Default 01' Disco 2 Motor & A/T mounts

Hello All!

Ive been searching and searching for two specific things... I have a 2001 disco 2 SE7 with 4.0L(gas), and she's getting fairly intense whole body vibrations on slow down(foot off gas, no brake, deceleration) in freeway speeds above 60 mph and below 80mph(never under acceleration). Other than that and a few weeping leaks she takes a lickin and keeps on tickin!

1. How many Transmission mounts are there total?
A. Everything ive read and seen says there is only 1... yet under mine I find 2 and they are both completely blown, but not broken.

2. How many Motor mounts are there total and where are they located?
A. Ive managed to locate 2, which is what ive read online and they seem to be in ok condition, one may be starting to shear or bend(very mildly).
B. In my experience there should be a third motor mount for the top. Commonly referred to as a "Torque mount," maybe these British Beasts dont have a torque mount?

I searched the threads on here and went through the updated 'all in one maintenance' thread recently posted on 5-28-2016 but found nothing of help.

Thank You! Your Friendly USMC Vet(OIF 07')
I appreciate your help and any schematics would be Awesome!

P.s. what is best way to alleviate the random loss of t/c, abs, and downhill assist? there is a 2" block lift and I think thats putting strain on wiring somewhere, and suspension is now shock/spring from the original air bag... Thanks Again!
P.s.s Whats an honest parts store(in Phoenix, Az) or online store, that is not gonna price gouge the shiitake out of me. Unlike all the big name parts stores and dealerships... Thanks again, Again!

Pretty much same terms in my post... I had seen the Rave link on a few other forums and how to videos, but it always wanted me to agree to changes to my computer/homepage/search engine. And I for some reasons never thought to google it before this. Now I have found a free(first full vehicle manual ive ever seen for free) pdf from landroverresources.com
I am not very computer/internet savvy, as i have so amply displayed. Thanks #9

Good to hear you found the Rave there. It's a Disco saver for sure.

My 03 has 2 engine mounts and 2 tranny mounts. Lucky8 has them. My tranny mounts were broken and drivers side cat converter was rattling agains the frame. It took about 45 minutes. Jacked up transfer case, unbolted old ones, slipped in new ones. Motor mounts were replaced by Previous Owner and in great shape. It also took care of small vibration I was feeling.
I got the tranny mounts from Amazon Prime(needed them pronto)

Thanks for the help everybody! got those pesky trans mounts installed(the eight bolts hold the cross bar, that sits in the way of the trans, did not want to come out so I worked around it) did half a trans fluid swap, old stuff was still crystal clean just old. Plus added some trans fluid revive/maintain stuff.

still got some vibration, far less than before, at the same speed range. took a look at my suspension bushings. and the watts linkage top/bottom bushes are toast. just gonna replace all for bushes and the center bearing/bush thing. will see what happens after that. May the process of elimination always be quick and as painless as possible.

Thanks again.

P.s. WNYErikDiscoII(forum name, he with Lucky8llc) quoted me a great price(best I have found) on a watts linkage bush kit. I knows its him cause I called the number listed on they website and its the same number he has listed on these forums!

Don't forget to check your tires! I've seen many vibrations due to out of round tires.
