1995 land rover discovery fuel pump???

what is the easiest way to test fuel pump to see if workingon 1995 discovery 1!! I have fire to #1, have fire to coil! I even have gas at fuel rail but truck will not crank!!!!Help

If the engine won't crank/turn over it is not a fuel pump issue, more like a starter issue.
