1996 range rover error message

Default 1996 range rover error message
I have recently bought a 1996 range rover 4.0 se... there is a message error on the console, that says "MARKET NOT SET" I looked it up, it means that the language is not set for the message center. Anyone out there know how to fix this please email me at
