Default 1998 Range Rover HSE Misfire Problem

Hi everyone!

I have a 1998 Range Rover HSE that has a misfire problem, throwing codes P0300 and P1316.

So far I have done the following:

Replaced plugs and wires
Replaced fuel filter
Run injector cleaner
Checked fuel pressure

When I checked the fuel pressure, I got a reading of 30 PSI. The spec for delivery pressure is 34-37 PSI, so I dont know if my fuel pressure is low enough to constitute a misfire.

The fuel injector cleaner seemed to help a little, but after clearing the codes they came back on within a few miles.

My next move is going to be testing the Coils and perhaps lowering the fuel tank and making sure there is no water/debris in it. And having a look at the fuel pump.

If anyone has had a similar problem, or has any advice i would greatly appreciate your thoughts!

Thanks,
