I have a 1999 Range Rover and while I was having my headliner replaced the Tech told me the windows did not work. He told me all he touched was the overhead light console. Does any one have an idea of what could have gone wrong? He checked the fuse box and said all was fine. All windows including sunroof and mirror are inoperable. When the lights are turned on, there is a back light to console so it is getting power. Any thoughts would be appreciated
