check engine light on..195,000 on odometer, new upper end at 150,000 paid 2800 for vehicle, are there any ways to check for coding? do not have OBD...any way to access...re counting flashing lights on dash and transfering to code?? am unfamiliar with rover mechanicals...thank you ...scott
