Default 2001 Disco II misfire Cylinder 7

I have a 2001 Disco II with about 108k miles on it that has a misfire in cylinder 7 only. The coil pack, wires and plugs have all been swapped and it still throws the same code. The only thing I have done between when it ran fine and now is I pulled the MAF sensor and sprayed it with MAF cleaner (per the instructions on the can) because it was throwing a code for a bad MAF. Shortly after that, it started to run a little rough. Tom at Great Basin Rovers has been chasing the ghost for me and trying to diagnose the problem. Would anything I did when I cleaned the MAF sensor cause the misfire? If not, anyone got any ideas?

Turns out that the coil pack was bad. It was something he had checked and even replaced with what he thought was a good coil pack. Turns out that one was bad too. After a couple of days of trouble shooting, he decided to try another coil pack and, sure enough, it's running just fine now. I would start there or with the plugs and wires. Make sure that they are all in good shape. Sometimes running some fuel system cleaner will clean any dirty injectors that may be causing the misfire. (I have heard several people recommend 44k but have never used it myself)
Good luck my friend. If this does not help, try trouble-shooting with DiscoMike. He has been very helpful in he past.
