Default Occasional low idle issue

Looking for a little help. I have a '95 disco with 130k. Occasionally, after it warms up, the idle will drop to a little below 500 rpm as I am slowing down or stopped. It seems like it's almost about to stall. I usually slip in into neutral and then the revs come up to around 700 or so. The light turns green and I slip it into gear and drive away no problems until I come to the next light. This goes on for a few minutes, 5 or 10, then goes away and all returns to normal.
I just replaced the fuel pump and thought this problem would go away but it hasn't.
I've been searching the forum and the closest thing I've found that sounds like a possible solution is replacing the camshaft position sensor. Do you think that's it or might it be something else? Thanks!

I had that same problem once when I did not let the disco heat up. Mine would actually stall at lights. No clue what it was but it stopped that same day. Any codes thrown?

Not sure about codes. Don't have any warning or service lights.

OK add me to this what the heck post.
95 D1 and it runs perfect then gets a bug up it's and stalls.
Went to a friend who owns a shop and he said to CLEAN the throttle body and intake this is the prime cause of this.
He also stated that the MAF might be STARTING to go south.
If I come up with the real cure I will post it.
