2001 LR Disco, Alarm sounds when trying to start engine
Yesterday, I went out to Rover Girl, and when I tried to start her, the alarm went off and the engine was immobilized. I called Land Rover who had me perform all kinds of manuevers which did not work. Finally I Jumped the battery and everything worked normally. So if your Rover will not start and the alarm sounds, it is because your battery is low and may need to be replaced to correct the problem.
