Default 2002 LR Disco 2 - hesitating during acceleration

Hi. Just trying to figure out a hestitation with my LR2 disco. Before changing anything I had 15 codes come up ...,
Ive now changed: new spark wires
new coil
new injector o - rings
All 4 o2 sensors
both catalytics
. I did find after pouring water on the intake manifold that it was sucking in water .... either the injectors were loose or plenum gasket. Not sealed . Anyways ... done and running 97% better now idling and running.
But..... still hesitating under load and acceleration. Also doesn’t seem to be shifting into gear smoothly ... like it waits till last minute sometimes.
There are just 2 codes coming up now P0141 and p0140.
Any help would be awesome! I’m getting tired of changing parts out ....
thanks !!!!!
this is a petrol V8

The codes are probably not related to the hesitation..

https://www.innova.com/en-US/Dtc?r=0.1674791229732334

P0140: HO2S S2 CIRCUIT NO ACTIVITY

P0141: HO2S B1 S2 HEATER CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

It looks like the signal from your downstream O2 sensors are not getting to the ECU.

As far as the hesitation, have you checked fuel pressure?

No I haven’t tried the fuel pressure yet .... so you’re thinking it might be the fuel pump starting to go or the fuel pump regulator ? How can you test the fuel pressure ?
thanks!

on the driver fuel rail near the rear of the engine you should find a schrader valve.

Replaced the fuel pump and the idle control sensor ....
No codes have come up now. Seems to be idling nicely
but under load accelerating up a hill it still seems to hesitate and be cutting out a bit .
When you stop on it , it will sometimes cut out then it ok.
Doesnt seem to be running at full power.
Not sure where to go from here with no codes.
The only things I haven’t changed are the injectors, crank sensor and camshaft sensor .
