Default 2003 Discovery

So I went wadding and my truck got flodded. The dash board has a green m and s lights blinking. Their is also a slashed b marking on the little screen that marks the gear youre on. I tried to connect the scanner but it said it cant connect. Truck won't crank unless I do it automatically from the starter. Wipers work but windows dont nor do the blinkers. Any help would be appriciated.
