2004 Range Rover radiator replacement
I have to replace the radiator in my 04 full size Range Rover. It is not at my normal Range Rover mechanic. The shop is telling me that I need a new radiator and I'm sure they are correct I do trust this shop, they just don't specialize in Rovers. At the time of replacing the radiator are there any other items I should replace at the same time? I just want to be sure the repair is done properly. I know the cooling system is somewhat a problem on these cars and I plan on keeping this Rover for a while.
Radiator isn't hard to diagnose and I have done a bunch. As far as other things to replace, get a good look at the belt and such while the fan clutch is out and if the thermostat is original, may be a good time to replace it.
Most important is that the cooling system is properly bled.
