I just purchased an HSE 2011 very nice car. However, my front and rear windshield washer pumps are both not working along with my cigarette lighter even the 12V outlet accessory is not working. Checking the fuses is always fun since RR either sticks them in the front or back. Not sure where they are located but I am about to jump in.
My question is can it be a relay stopping the pump motors from pumping or is the fuse and stripped motor the usual suspects? Or I am just missing something? I can change out the pumps but if it is a relay I would rather try that first. I do not want to take my front tire off to get to the pump to check voltage. I suspect the relay or all bad fuses?

Any help or pointing me in the right direction I would appreciate it. It is a California car so and has always been garaged so it is clean I do not suspect corrosion or anything like that.
