2011 LR2...getting weird message on display about Sirius XM radio?

Default 2011 LR2...getting weird message on display about Sirius XM radio?

I picked up a certified pre-owned 2011 LR2 last week. It has a 9-speaker Alpine AM/FM stereo with single CD. It was satellite ready and I've set up my Sirius subscription...all is working fine on that front.

However, I keep getting a message on the stereo display routinely: siriusxm.com is playing. Would you like to listen? Yes/No. If you select No, it goes away. If you select Yes, it takes you to a preview channel (142). I already have a subscription so I'm not sure why it's asking me to go to siriusxm.com on my radio. I'm attaching an image from the display.

Anyone have this issue before? Thoughts on getting the message to stop? Thanks!

Maybe you are picking up Sirius internet radio being displayed thru Sirius satelite. Its the internet player being picked up. Definitely not a land rover thing.

Captain - we are being scanned....

IMHO customer service must be a higher priority at SiriusXM than we are used to from some dealers.
