Hello all. Have had the 2015 LR4 for about 3 weeks and the check engine light comes on. I called the dealership and was informed not to worry, don't bring it in, the light will go off. Anybody else have this happen? Thanks.

 

What the dealer is probably thinking is that your gas cap may not have been completely closed correctly, try taking it off and putting it back on. If the fault is not repeating itself over a certain amount of drive cycles the check engine light will reset itself. Mind you, when you spend the money you did on your new rover I would insist the dealer check the code and confirm their thoughts rather then make you wait it out.
