well your car is obviously still under warranty - best to let the dealer worry about it

Warranty isn’t covering it

really - not sure why that is but I sure would talk to a LR US zone representative or HQ about getting it covered - sometimes you have to go up the ladder from a dealership

I do not know him or have a direct number but a good place to start at Corporate - let us know how this goes

Default Mods & Tunes = voided warranty

Buddy I hate to say it, but you can’t adjust a screw without them being able to see it the second it’s plugged in at the shop…and it automatically voids your warranty, to what extent I’m not sure, but it sounds like anything mechanical will be out of pocket for you…our salesman is a good friend and he has endless stories about people that do mods and tunes that go wrong and a lot that go well until it’s time for the JLR service and they hook it up and can see everything…Maybe whoever done the tune can help you out, unless it was you, because nothing you say at this point will change JLR’s warranty rules…
Good luck buddy!
