Default 95' Disco I Steering Box

I have a 95' Disco I and the steering box is leaking bad. I ordered a seal kit and I am in the process of taking the steering box out to replace all the seals. I was looking at the manual to figure out how to take it out. I'm having a little trouble with Step 9. Step 9 says," Disconnect drag link from drop arm using a suitable extractor."

What qualifies as a "suitable extractor"?

you will likely need a puller, which actually will "push " the threaded end of the joint out of the drop arm, go to harbor freight or sears and find a " ball joint puller"...it's made for the job, and if you're going to keep your truck, you'll need it again.........
