Default 96 disco code help

Again my check engine light is on in my 96 discovery with 99k, and it is throwing 2 codes P1316 and P0300. If you or someone could let me know what they mean. Thanks guys i have some other issues to but I need to tackle this one first.

1316= Excessive emission misfire
0300= Multiple misfires.
How long since you changed your plugs and have you ever replaced your plug wires?
Looks like it may be time for a set of 8mm Magnacor plug wires and some Bosch Platium Plus 4 plugs.

Well im not sure how old the plugs and wires are. Ive owned my discovery for about a year. Had 80k on it when i purchased. Do you know a good source for the plugs and wires you are talking about? Or does advanced carry them? She also dosnt like restarting after short trips 10 min drive say. She will start but idle rough and sometimes i have to nurse the gas. I think the 2 issues are related. Thanks for your help Mike.

I would call Tony at Cerronies, 650-365-4145, he has the best online price for the Magnacor 8 mm wires, get the plugs from him at the same time. Get them installed then lets see what is going on.
