Default 98 Disco Leaking Coolant

Smelled anti freeze today. Seems to be leaking at the top right of where the water pump bolts to the engine. Gasket problem or something more serious? If I squeeze the top hose from the radiator I can get the coolant to dribble out. It hasnt over heated yet and I wont drive it again till its fixed. Its my sole source of transportation so any advice would be appreciated. Vehicle only has 30,000 on it.

Thanks,
Chris

Yes it could be a bad water pump gasket, or ti could be a bad thermostat gasket.
Either way it needs to get fixed ASAP, if you overheat the engine it will destroy itself.
Make sure you keep the coolant full until you can get it fixed and keep a close eye on the temp gauge.
