ABS Light On
For the most part you don't trouble shoot it, let a mechanic with the appropriate scanner go into the ECU and read the ABS fault codes, then decide how to handle it. Depending on what code they find, the light can mean anything from your ABS is down for any of a number of parts failures to you could loose your brakes. So don't wait around to have a mechanic check it out.
If you have a warning light on indicating that your t/case is in a locked position, you are doing damage driving it on the road, why try and hide that by pulling a fuse? Have you tried shifting back and forth between high lock and high to turn your light off?
