Default Air ride?

Does the air ride suspension ever wear out like regular shock absorbers?

Anyone know??

You might want to identify which vehicle you're talking about.

I have a 2019 RR full....But I think this would apply to most any RR with air ride.

Or, indeed, any vehicle with air suspension at all.
But yes, like any part, the bags will wear out over time.

So, I guess my next question is will the quality of the ride gradually get worse...similar to regular shocks?

I don't know about the specific configuration of your vehicle, but generally air suspension bags will either fail catastrophically or they will develop slow leaks that see the vehicle sitting on the stops after it hasn't been running for a while and/or the compressor running constantly to keep up with the loss of air pressure. The ride doesn't get worse, it's either good (bags have pressure) or bad (low/no pressure).
