I posted over in the Disco area but no response. Maybe here?


99 Disco II with 123K miles. Over the weekend the alarm started acting up. When I lock remotely, the dash light will flash repeatedly, go out and then begin to blink. I thought it might be the battery and change in the fobs accordingly. It is still doing it. Also, I drove and parked last night, left the car unlocked came back and when I put key in ignition the column would not unlock. Had to use pressure turning wheel and trying to turn key at same time. It unlocked but then the alarm went off.

This happening to anyone? I should also mention that several months both door locks on the passenger side quit working. (Front left first and then a few days later the rear left.) I haven't had that fixed yet.
