Auxiliary start/stop battery for jump start?
I'm brainstorming here so don't shoot me if this is a dumb idea!
My portable jump start battery pack failed recently (when I actually needed it of course - ugh), which got me thinking. Although the start/stop function is disabled, my 2014 LR4 has the auxiliary start/stop battery in it. In an emergency situation with a dead main battery, can I use the auxiliary battery to start my LR4? After disconnecting it from its own leads, can I use jumper cables to connect it to my main battery and start the vehicle?
I was shopping for a new jump starter battery pack when this question popped into my head!! Thoughts?

Apparently you can jump your very own auxiliary battery out of your fundamental battery if stuck out at the path or far from services. I did see a tip from some other JL owner who showed leaping from some other automobile to the first terminal/auxiliary, but didn’t realize you may simply jump it your self from the primary battery to the first terminal/auxiliary. But it does make feel, so long as your primary battery isn’t useless as nicely.
