Default brake servo line/hose

I recently broke the tip of the hose and the adapter connecting the hose to the manifold, so I bought another line and adapter. My question is how do I pull the existing line from the brake servo? Do I just pull it out? I did apply a little pressure where as to pull it out and noticed that air was either coming out or being sucked in.

did you get just the hose or is there a check valve on the end?
Do I just pull it out? yes

pull one out and install the other; just let the truck idle before you jump in it do drive. you will have lost all the vacuum assist until it builds back up.
