bubbles in expansion tank but not overheating

Default bubbles in expansion tank but not overheating

Hi everyone i'm a newbie and thought id seek out some help. I have an 04 discovery that does not over heat but there is bubbles in expansion tank coming in from the throttle body heater plate hose. Is this normal or should i start getting concerned.

Is it bubbles or coolant flowing? Bubbles isn't normal, flowing coolant is.

Hi It looks like coolant movement but it's turbulent. I have an 03 and an 04 and the 03 doesn't have that much movement in the expansion tank. It's coming from the small throttle body coolant hose.
