Car fires but won't start, missing relays

I have a 2006 Land Rover LR3 that was trying to start but won't. I've noticed that alot of fuses and relays are missing and I need to see if that could be why?

Some of those, maybe all, are normal to be missing. Move your post to the LR3 forum and you'll get more help...
