Default Catalytic code incomplete

My local shop replaced one 02 sensor and reset the codes on my 03 D2, told me to drive until all cycles complete, I've driven 300 miles and still the catalytic still shows incomplete! Do I keep driving or is there a better way to fix this?

It once took me nearly 800 miles.....I think there is a method of start ups and driving at a certain mph to help speed the process ... Not sure on details....something like 50mph for a while or something

I believe that highway driving helps for that monitor.
