CDL/transfer case slow process install in 03 disco

Hello to all
I'm in a slow process, or I should call it "a journey" of installing LT230 (180 K miles on it) out of 99 disco 2 to my 03 disco. I already pulled it out of a donor vehicle, have it washed and waiting for necessary maintenance.
I noticed an oil leak by the hand brake drum. That gives me one seal to be replaced. Since I have it down on the table are there any other things which potentially need my attention? Do all seals right on the spot? What would be your suggestions?
Thank you in advance for words of wisdom.
Adam

Why not just remove the front output assembly from the high mileage '99 LT230, clean it up with a new output seal and slap it on the '03 transfer case already in your truck. They you have the nipple, can install the shift linkage and viola! you have a CDL.
It's a whole lot easier and a lot less work than dropping the transfer case out and swapping in another, high mileage unit.
