Hiya.

My car alarm went off this morning for no reason and since that the audio, sat nav and Bluetooth phone connectivity will not work. I don’t know if the two link together or whether it is a coincidence.

The screen did flash low battery once but hasn’t since.

The screen does come on but the audio button is greyed out so nothing happens when you press it. When you press navigation it says loading and the Bluetooth just says need to connect phone.

I was going to check the fuse as a first port of call. If I take the fuse out and put a new one in will it mean I need to find the code for the radio to restart it? I don’t have it so would need to contact the dealer.
