Hey, I haven't gotten the manual yet in the mail, and i'm trying to find the tansmission fluid pan. Can anyone tell me where it is? and also I need some power steering fluid, and heard that i can use the transmission fluid is that true?

Haven't you been under your truck yet? Do you not know where your tranny is and all that must be done to service it? If not, you might want to have a shop do it cause with a Disco 1, it is a bugger, you need to remove the cross member and usually at least loosen the "Y" pipe, just to drop the pan.

As for your p/s fluid, your's does use Dextron 3, or you can switch to Vavolines synthetic power steering fluid. Either way, you should flush or drain the old fluid before replacing with the new.
