I own a 97 discovery with a charging problem I replaced the battery and alternator but it still wasnt charging where it should be only about 13 volts at idle and less at 2000 rpms so we instaled another alternator and its still the same can any one help! thx.[size=1][/s[IMG][/IMG]

 

Have you inspected and cleaned all the connections and grounds? You might want to retest using a tester from one of your local auto parts stores see if there is a difference and also performing a load test.

As Disco Mike says, have the alternator checked on a test rig at the autoparts store. We have had Bosch re-manufactured alternators that were bad out of the box (actually--two in a row).
