Do you guys think that if I take the transmission drain bolt out and wrap it with Teflon tape and screw it back in it will stop my leak? And as always thanks in advance for all your help!

If you are replacing one u-joint you need to replace all the u-joints.

Teflon tape might help the leak if it is the drain plug leaking.

It's pretty straight forward.

Thanks all of you for your help with the u joint issue, you guys know these vehicles. I changed them out, and one was really badly worn, the others seemed to be in pretty good shape but I changed them too. And no more chirping or clicking.

Now another issue I have is with my AC compressor. When I turn it on sometimes I have the raise the hood and tap the clutch to make it engage. Also the blower fan relays keep "burning" out, and don't seem to allow for enough power for the fans to blow properly. Any ideas on this issue. Thanks.

Did you also replace your centering Ball?
As for the a/c compressor, when was the last time your recharged the a/c, may be a little low on freon which could make the clutch click when first engaging.

Mine didn't have a center ball, mine is a two part drive shaft with a single u joint at each end of the drive shafts. The front one goes from axle to transfer case, and the second goes from torque converter to rear axle. No funky two joint knuckle in there.

The system was charged this spring, that was the first thing I tried. It works sometimes, then other times I have to tap the clutch to get it to engage.

That is not the torque converter, that is the parking brake.
The toruqe converter is between the transmission and the back of the engine.

Ok thanks for the clarification, they look similar to me. I'm learning this vehicle as I go. So if I say something incorrectly please correct me. Thanks
