Default code po134 and po135

PLEASE HElp, my 2003 failed the MD emissions test, so I took to my mechanic and he replaced the bank 1 oxygen sensor and reset all codes, I got 5 miles from the emissions test and SES light came back on and failed again due to these two codes??? any suggestions???

check the codes to see what it is, its possible he installed the oxygen sensor on the wrong side.

the codes say PO134 02 sensor circuit no activity detected Bank 1 sensor 1 and
PO 13502 sensor heater circut bank 1 sensor 1 and on my receipt from the mech. says replaced bank 1 oxygen sensor

bank one is the driver side.

which is the one on my reciept from the mechanic says he replaced, guess I should find out if he replaced that one or the passenger side? It couldn't have gone bad that quickly again could it? I replaced the gas cap also today, but the ses light is still on.
