Default Computer System Shuts Down

I replace a bad battery with a new one in my 2001 Range Rover 4.6L. I accidentally put the positive cable on the negative side and vice versa. It appears that the computer system has shut down or blown up. What is the quick fix for the problem.

There is no quick fix, have it towed directly to a dealer, you probably blew the ECU and many more items down stream.
This is going to be a painful one for you I believe.
