Default cooling issues with a 98 disco

Hi there, new to the forums. I have a 98 land rover discovery that is acting up. The tempature shows it wanting to over heat over 2500rpms, where as its fine anything below that. I repleaced the thermostatafew months ago, and the resouvir seems tobe at a normal level. It just had its service pack, and everything checked out. I really dont want to take back in for this, if its something I can fix. Let me know what you think..............

How many miles on your truck?
Is your electric fan running, how about your mechanical fan?

Are you sure you bled all the air from the coolant system?
Top off the coolant bottle to the very top.
Also if it still over heats, then get a coolant pressure test done.
