Default Corrosion on a 2012 LR4

I have been looking for a used LR4 for several months and recently expanded my search outside of my State (CA). I found the beauty I had been looking for and had a Land Rover Pre Purchase Inspection done to ensure no surprises.

For the most past inspection went well. However, the tech did note that there is "under side corrosion developing on Chassis and Exhaust System." The Service Advisor told me it is not much of a deal, but it does have me concerned, especially since I will not see the car prior to purchase.

I had the seller take a few pics, which I have attached.

I was looking for some feedback on if this is something that is I should not worry about, something that is an easy fix, or a vehicle I just need to pass on.

I appreciate any technical feedback!

Exhaust rust is normal as it gets hot then cold then hot again. Road salt doesn't help that rusting process at all. The chassis rust is superficial and can be dealt with very easily, no worries there. Get a price for cleaning the underside and Waxoyl or similar coating inside the chassis and outside if you are concerned. I don't know what it costs in the US but I'd hazard a guess about $500-600 if done properly.
