1997 Disco I. No power to the cruise switch. Fuses look good. Hoses replaced Any ideas?

 

usually they don't work due to a bad brake and or cruise cancelation switch. but if it doesn't lite up follow the wiring diagrams from the book and see where its loosing power. the module is above the glove box.

 

My power button on the dash lights, but no cruise when I try to set it on the steering wheel. I have checked fuses and the vacuum lines. So does anyone know where to start after those have been checked?
I use cruise control very often and this feature I really miss!
