Does anyone know correct wiring assignment to go from 2004 D2 with British 7-pin socket to North American 7-spade plug. Trying to pull a small travel trailer and info I have doesn't seem to line up.

Pin 1 - Yellow LTurn/Brake Lights
Pin 2 - Empty
Pin 3 - White Ground
Pin 4 - Green RTurn/Brake Lights
Pin 5 - Empty
Pin 6 - Orange Reverse/Backup Lights
Pin 7 - Brown Taillights


US 7 pin flat diagram

Consult your brake controller for the gauge of wire needed to run from the controller you mount near the dash and back to the rear trailer 7-pin flat connector. I went one gauge heaver than recommended, but I do not recall what it was.

 

Thank you sir. Got everything going except 12v power. Looks like that will have to run separate but don't recall having an empty connection now that I think about it. Oh well, back under the rear bumper. Thanks again.
