D2 UK plate on NA stock front bumper

D2 UK plate on NA stock front bumper
Does anyone know how to mount a UK plate on the front of a NA Disco 2 stock bumper? From pictures the 4 bolt NA bracket (DRE500080PMA) doesn't look to be used and the plate sits back in the perfectly sized recess somehow.
