DEQ computer port fuse

I've got a 2001 disco II. Went to the DEQ today, and they got nothing (sensor lights didn't light up)when the hooked up to the port under the steering column. They said it was probably a blown fuse. Anyone know which fuse that would be?

Look in the manual or the back side of both fuse blocks that will show what each fuse or relay is for.
