Default Disco 2 trans or transfer case?

I bought an 04 disco 2 that had the front drive shaft seize and take a chunk out of the transmission, it was on the interstate and it had to have been pretty bad, the exhaust got it too, I put a used trans in and repaired all the damage but now I'm not getting any power to the wheels, it's like the trans I was sold is junk? But then I thought what if the transfer case got damaged inside when the shaft seized? I never looked inside of it when it was out and it didn't make any rattling noises, I'm just not sure if the trans is bad or if it's the transfer case? I did make sure the transfer case was in high as well

It is unlikely to be the transfer case as generally they a bombproof.

Did you fill the transmission correctly with ATF and 'exercise' through the gears correctly?

There is always a risk with buying unknown autoboxes as they are being sold for a reason. What year was the replacement used autobox and how many miles had it done?

I fixed an 03 that had the front shaft explode & kill the HP24. It also totally destroyed the TC. Had to replace both & after that no more problems. Just depends on the actual situation.
