I just realized that my stock tool kit with the jack handle, chocks and cap puller is missing. It was not with the truck when I bought it.

Does anyone know where I can get one? Also does anyone know how to get the caps off without damaging them?

Truthfully, they are pure junk and you would do better to buy aftermarket at a 4wheel shop.
If you need a lug wrench, buy either an 18" or a 24" breaker bar, a 3" extension and a 1 and 1/16" , 6 point socket, you'll be better of.
