Discovery 3 V8 transmission grind? VIDEO

I have a grinding noise coming from my Land Rover. It only happens when the car is in park, neutral more and drive while the vehicle is not Moving. I'm not sure of is the trans case or the transmission. Please help

Sounds like a loose heat shield or broken cat

i would agree sounds like an exhaust issue

So I've got a quick update. Weirdly, its stopped! I'm not sure what changed. I will keep you updated. I greatly appreciate the input!
