I have a 2000discovery with 150000 miles. As soon as I turn o my truck, the m and s lights start blinking. It's in zlimp mode and won't disengage from 3rd gear. Alternator is shooting good voltage 13.9 and battery is at 14.1 I beleive. What I did notice, while checking the fuses in the engine bay is that fuses 7 and 8 are not receiving amy ground. Any help??

 

Those are for windshield heat.
Check your shift indications on dash and shifter then report back.

Reverse works fine when I shift it in park the d starts blinking. If I try to go to 1 , 2 or third gear the red dot next to the shifter stays on d. I already changed the xyz switch as well.
