Default Driver's Power Seat Stopped Working

2004 Disco II - One Day old to us!

Driver's power seat stopped working (stuck in full back position)- passenger's power seat works fine.

CHECKED (Via Work/Shop Manual 1999 (can't find the 2004 version)):
1. Satellite Fuses under the Driver's seat. All appear to be fine.
2. Fuse #7 in engine compartment is also fine
3. Nothing restricting seat movement
4. Key is in position #2
5. No smell of anything burnt out

I also noticed that in the Work/Shop Manual where it list the Description Operation, Adjustments, Repair for most items, it has nothing like this about/for the power seats. Not much for a diagnostic tool!!!

Anyone have any ideas what to check next?

HELP!!!!!!

The electrical manual is not issues for each year, it is for year "X" forward. It is in the RAVE link below. Time to get out the volt meter.

I'm also thinking that it could be a bad switch - died from lack of use (maybe a poor/corroded contact). This Disco sat in a field for 6 + months. Seller had to replace batter.

Quick update on the driver's seat problem: Corrected with a new fuse and the detection and correction of a frayed wire.
