Hey guys,
I have a disco 2 TD5.
The engine won't go past 2800 RPM in any gear.
And in neutral it won't go past 3500 RPM.

There is no noticeable power loss or anything, the car accelerates fine up to 2800 RPM and then nothing.

I changed the fuel pump and the exhaust cat.
I have tried to disconnect the exhaust before the cat too and it won't help.

Any ideas or things that I should check for.
