Default entering radio code

I would like to know how to enter the code for my 96 Disco. I think I put the wrong 1 in and now the radio just reads code. Any idea what the manual shows for entering radio code

Default RE: entering radio code

I would call a dealer's service advisor or parts guy (I would not initially take the vehicle in)
It's got to be a simple task - Heck, tell him you changed the battery and made a
programming error. When I called about my speed control, they covered the main reason for
failure (vac. hoses) where to look and how to fix. Never asking to have the vehicle brought in.
If a dealer won't help--try calling an independent repair shop that specializes in euro cars.

enter the 5 digitcode in, if you get it wrong 3 times you have the leave it alone with the key "on" to where the radio says "code for at least an hour, then retry.

My local Landy dealer came up with a four digit code for the radio, is it always 5?

Each model probably has a different radio.

Woops! That's the problem with just reading links and not paying attention to where they are posted.
Thanks.
