Default exhaust leak!! any help would be great!!!!!!

so i have replaced my manifold to pipe flange gaskets 3 times now and my passenger side keeps failing and throws 22 different codes from miss fire o2 sensors and system too lean. so i figured out the problem and tightened the passenger side flange gasket check engine light went off in about 20 miles and was driving great! then at about 60 miles started running ruff and throwing codes again (i am positive that the flange gasket is the problem). so i took off my exhaust system fixed a broken stud (on the passenger side) and replaced the gaskets 3 times now. has any one had a problem like this or heard of one? or should i do it again and tighten pasenger side first? im kind of lost what else could cause this? thank you for any help you can provide.

That's a strange one! I wouldn't try two gaskets, it would probably be worse. You could try getting some exhaust gasket paste and sticking a load of that on with the gasket?

In the same way you might put rtv sealant on a paper water pump gasket...

have some one hold a rag over the exhaust while it is running, if you have a leak you will hear the back pressure pissing out under the truck
