Default Extended Warranty

Hi All,
Does anyone have any suggestions for purchasing extended warranties on a used 2004 Disco SE? with 56, 000 miles?
I was looking at some big repair bills on my 2001 Disco SE7, and it's warranty was recently expired, only had 87000 miles on it but it needed the air suspension, head gaskets (so the dealer said), 90,000 mile service coming up, transfer case seemed stuck in High, could that mean I was soon going to have trouble with the tranny too?
I traded it and some cash for a 2003 disco SE with third row and rear AC, 56,000 mi.
Seems really well taken care of, but I would really like to get coverage.

So, is it a 03 or 04?
Either way, you can't get one from Rover cause you are over the 50,000 mile mark.
There are very few after market companys, that you can trust, that are still writing paper on Rovers.
If you find a company, get a copy of their warranty, read it twice and then get back to us withe the terms, how many miles/months, what is the deb. and the cost?

Go to Land Rover dealership and ask about a certified ext warr, may cost you some money, butthe insuranceis well worth it!

You can't buy them from Rover after the truck has reached 50,000 miles, have to go after market.

Disco Mike is right, try EASY CARE they seem to be the best aftermarket carrier.

Unfortunatly, even EasyCare won't be able to help. They require that the veh still be under Factory warr. when the Contract is purchased. And the veh must undergo a Used Car inspection when the contract is sold.

Dealers set the prices on the Contracts, depending on what part of the Country you are in. (And how much profit they want to make off it)
