Default fan issues

97 Discovery 1 A.c. dont run also also both cooling fans dont turn on when putting on defrost. Also when you push in button to turn on air light on switch doesnt come on. I checked fuses all check ok and also jumped ac clutch with 12 volts and clutch plate ran and started blowing cold air. Any suggestions what to go a after next will be appreciated.

If the fuses are ok .... clean/check the connections to compressor , fans ,

( are you referring to the clutch plate in the compressor ? )

could be low on refrigerant, some vehicles will not run the AC if the outside temp is below a certain temp.

Dash button can go bad, if you end up being low on r134a and have rear a/c, the metal line in drivers rear wheel well goes bad, rots through
